1. Information We Collect: The only PII we collect is that which you choose to share with us. When you sign up for a newsletter or enter a giveaway, we request your name (first and last name) and e-mail address. If prizes are awarded, we may ask winners for a physical address to which we can mail the prizes.

2. What We Do With That Information: When you provide information for purpose of receiving a newsletter or entering a contest, we use your information solely for that purpose. We do not use information from giveaway entries to send you unsolicited e-mails, announcements, or newsletters. However, by entering a giveaway, you give us permission to use your name for promotional purposes (e.g., winners announcements). We may send newsletter subscribers periodic e-mails, announcements, surveys, and promotions.

3. How We Protect Your Information: Our account with the vendor (MailChimp) of our newsletter mailing list is password-protected. Read more about MailChimp’s Privacy Policy. Names collected for giveaways are removed from the system after an appropriate time and destroyed.

4. Third Party Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
